The Rurkas have an extra $100 a month in our pockets because Gavin is finally potty trained! He now is in big boy underwear 100% of the time. School starts next week and this was perfect timing as the director told me that he'd need to be potty trained or nearly there in order for them to advance him to the three year old class (he should be in the two's). Phew! We have yet to take a long trip or shopping excursion together so let's hope that that goes well!

Brett was on another TDY and PopPop came to keep us company - he even changed a diaper or two! We picked him up at Pope Air Force Base and let the kids run around some old airplanes to stretch their legs.
